or virtual Consultation
0:00:01.0 Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Roy Doppelt of Doppelt and Forney, APLC. I've had many people asking me over the years, "Roy, what happens in an initial consultation?" In our office, we do offer a consultation at no charge up to 30 minutes so that we can give clients an informed and intelligent initial analysis of their case.
Attorneys are supposed to use their education, training and experience to suggest strategies and techniques to protect client's legal rights and obtain their their legal goals.
Of course, no attorney can make a guarantee of the outcome of any case. We're not the judge and we don't make orders. But many attorneys can give you a realistic expectation based on their education, training and experience. The judges don't look to emotions, but they look to evidence, facts and the law. An informed and intelligent decision can be made, and often the best place to start is an initial consultation with an experienced family law attorney.
