We have talked to our colleagues, and from what they tell us, we are charging lower attorney and paralegal rates than many law firms do, and not charging for the clients for some of the cost items that some law firms do.
We offer a complimentary and confidential consultation and use our education, training and experience to suggest legal strategies and techniques to try and protect our clients legal rights and try to obtain their legal goals whether you use our legal services or not. We will provide a pen and paper at no charge upon your request and you are free to take notes so that you may make an informed and intelligent decision regarding how to proceed whether you hire an attorney or not. Of course, we always recommend you consult an attorney as all cases are individual and need to be analyzed on a "case by case" basis and retain an attorney for legal issues and problems.
